  • Shipping costs are calculated in your order’s summary before check-out.

    We highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally - this will minimize the risk of an order being lost in transit and make delivery of the order smoother.

 

Delivery Time*: It takes 3 – 7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 3 – 5 business days

  • Europe: 6 – 9 business days

  • Australia: 2 – 15 business days

  • International: 10 – 20 business days

Shipping location: We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide! So depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.

 

Custom fees: International shipments may incur additional customs and tax fees depending on the destination country. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. End recipient is responsible for these fees.
Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

 

Wrong Address or Unclaimed: If the carrier isn’t able to deliver the items because of the wrong address, or if the package was unclaimed, it’ll be returned to our fulfilment’s company address. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). Please, be careful and double-check that you’ve added the correct address when you place an order.
